Adhesive Vinyl Decals

Cute Cuts Designs cannot warrant the adhesive life of any vinyl decals, however, we use permanent outdoor grade adhesive vinyl for most products (unless otherwise discussed in advance with the customer) which is intended to adhere to smooth, hard surfaces for 3-5 years under normal circumstances.  We highly recommend HAND WASHING all products with adhesive vinyl to prolong the adhesive nature of the decal.

Soft Goods with Heat Transfer Vinyl Designs

Cute Cuts cannot warrant the life of any heat transfer vinyl designs applied to apparel or other soft goods, however, we use the industry standard HTV applied with a heat press as directed by the vinyl manufacturer. We highly recommend washing all apparel INSIDE OUT and do NOT use fabric softener.
